Alongside, our lab explores on-device AI through Vault Breaker and open agent context through Brand Context Protocol.
What we care about
We're a small, founder-led lab. Rather than chase every AI use case, we build in the areas we've spent years close to — and where a well-made consumer product can give someone real hours, real clarity, or a real next step. Our working question stays the same: can AI make this clearer without taking control away from the person?

Lab
Where we try things before they earn a product. Some of it stays research; some of it becomes an open protocol.
A daily prompt-injection game. Five turns. Five difficulty levels. One secret word the AI is told never to reveal.
The catch: the AI runs fully on-device on your iPhone. No server. No data leaves your phone. It's our first public showcase of edgeLM — on-device AI.
Privacy by default. Zero API cost. Real-time UX. Open-source small language models running natively on phones — no server in the loop. Vault Breaker is where we're learning what becomes possible.
An open protocol for brands to publish voice, policy, and compliance context that AI agents can read and respect. Context should travel with the brand.
